Implementation

Implementation is the main factor that sets the Syllogist Group apart from other SYSPRO partners. We have over 30 years of combined experience implementing SYSPRO with some of the best consultants in the business!

We have consultants that have been SYSPRO end users and others that have worked directly for SYSPRO and other ERP vendors.

SYSPRO uses an award winning approach to tackle all implementations called STARS (Structured Technique to Acheive a Rapid Solution).

The STARS technique includes Three Steps:

Step 1: A detailed discovery phase. SYSPRO refers to this as "Joint Application Design" (JAD) sessions. This allows the implementers and the company to get a better grasp and understanding on the company's business practices and how they operate.

Step 2: After the company's business processes are fully understood, the implementers then build a model of the solution that will be implemented insuring that the customer knows exactly what they will be getting.

Step 3: Once the solution model is accepted, a project plan for implementation is put together. The project plan will include everything from data conversions to hardware requirements.

A key aspect in implementation is training. Our consultants will train the employees in order to use the full functionality of the software and to make a smooth, rapid transition to SYSPRO software. SYSPRO was also awarded the K2 Quality Award for "Installation Channel/ Methodology" for five years in a row.
